Ellen Kaleimomi Haili Aiona-Aka, 81, of Hilo died Feb. 9 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Monday, March 25 at the Hilo Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Memorial service at 11 a.m. Casual attire; no flowers. Survived by sons, Randy (Neila) Mahi of Arizona, Russell Mahi of Honokaa and Royden (Marsha) Mahi of Hilo; daughters, Deidre Mahi, Debbie Mahi and Denise P. Patricia “Pat” Crosetti, 93, of Kailua-Kona died March 9 at home. Born in Guthrie, Okla., she was a homemaker, life member and fulltime volunteer for Kona Community Hospital Auxiliary, life member of Queen’s Medical Center Auxiliary and member of the Kaloko Lions Club. Services held. No flowers. Survived by son, Jerry (Ting Wen) Crosetti of Kunshan, China; daughters, Juli (Vince) Damazo and Lani (Maurice) Kahawaii of Kailua-Kona; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Janice “Jan” Mitsue Kadooka, 67, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 25 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired registered nurse at Kona Community Hospital, avid seamstress and member of Kona Bible Church, Grace Community Church and Na Kupuna ‘O West Hawaii. Florence Bonilla Vinluan, 86, of Paauhau died March 2 at Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua in Honokaa. Born in Ookala, she was homemaker and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Susan Harper is survived by, among others, lifetime companion Blaine Perguson of Keaau. His name was omitted from an obituary published Monday.
